Mayor of Nigrán (Pontevedra) and President of the Confederation of Funds (CONFOCOS)

Degree in History, Art and Geography of Galicia from the University of Santiago de Compostela. He directed the Érguete-Integration Foundation since 1997. General Secretary of the PSOE de Nigrán since 1999. From 2007 to 2011 he was part of the bipartite PSOE-BNG as Town Planning Councilor. In the municipal elections of 2015, he headed the list of the PSOE of Nigrán, being elected Mayor.
